 Shipping

Shipping is available to physical street addresses only within the continental U.S. only. We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes, and international locations.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. We determine the most efficient carrier for your order. Please note that some orders using 1st class USPS mail will not have a tracking number.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday.

Back orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. We will not charge you a shipping charge for the item when it becomes available. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery for the address entered. If you think that your package has been misplaced contact us. We will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information.

Refused Delivery or Cancellations

Refused delivery or cancelled orders after order has shipped may incur an additional 15% restocking Fee.

Incorrect Shipping Address

During checkout you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please check your shipping address for errors before placing any orders. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you are responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Multiple addresses

We regret that we are unable to ship products to multiple addresses.

 Sales tax 

All orders shipped to Illinois will be subject to sales tax in accordance with state law.

Returns

• Because we sell consumable products, We do NOT accept ANY returns.
• We will only replace an item due to a manufacturer defect.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or offer store credit.
